Crying during a bottle

My baby keeps crying during her bottles. Not every single one, but most of them. She's just over 5 months old and this is fairly recent, like the last two weeks but it's slowly progressing. She's on a hypoallergenic formula and isn't usually gassy or anything. I'm thinking reflux? It's clearly cries of pain. The pediatrician ignored it during her appointment last week but it wasn't very bad then

Crying during the bottle

Spitting up often, it doesn't matter if she just ate 10 mins or two hours ago

Choking once or twice during bottle

Not gaining much weight

Liquid sounding burps
