Looking for some support since it’s the weekend and I can’t call my doctor.

I had a positive pregnancy test two days ago, very faint, but a pink line nonetheless. This morning, I woke up and took another test, it was negative. It’s now 6:30pm here and I’m wiping away a lot of pink discharge when I go to the bathroom. I’ve also noticed some of my “symptoms” going away (breast tenderness, nausea, etc.)

I believe I may be experiencing a chemical pregnancy or very early miscarriage (honestly I do not know the difference)

My last period started June 11th, my cycles are approximately 31 days and I believe I ovulated late.

Anyway, assuming this pink turns into a heavier flow and i continue to test negative, i can assume I’m no longer pregnant, right? When it comes to TTC, can we next cycle? Do I need to make a dr appt first? Does this flow of blood count as my last period (for tracking purposes or gestational age should I fall pregnant next cycle god willing).. can someone just explain how that works 😬😩

Ps, not sure if relevant or if anyone would ask but we do have one son and we were lucky to conceive our first cycle four years ago. So this is my first time experiencing this part of the process.
