i feel like such a bad mom...

My Family & i went out to a lake. My baby is 13 Weeks old & i gave him breaastmilk at 11 am & from then on , i gave him formula . My husband took care of him , while i went swimming w my cousins ... For like 4 Hours... i feel so bad though.. I feel like my milk production is gonna decrease... im such a bad moma 😫
