Help please 32weeks

So I have haven’t been able to get comfortable all day, sitting, laying, walking. Nothing helps the ache in my lower back! I pure cried sitting in my husbands truck waiting on my daughter to get out of tumbling. I have peed more today than I feel like I have all week. Also baby girl had yet to stop moving and feels so low!!! Is this okay?
