I puked this morning after smelling some milk that was spoiled. 🤢 Smells definitely trigger it for me. Also, sometimes if I accidentally gag myself while brushing my teeth, that'll do it too. This is like a once a week occurence though, so I'm thankful for that!

About every other week I wake up at 6:30am, vomit for 3 hours, and then need to sleep it off until I’m good to go for another week and a half. It’s so weird.
