Gas, indigestion, and heartburn all feel like sharp chest pains. Try an antacid, burping, and using the restroom. If you get it bad at night or when lying down, try sleeping slightly propped up. That reduced the acid reflux and should help with heartburn pains. A wedge pillow is a fantastic help if you have bad heartburn or acid reflux at night.
