It might be there but can you see that all the dye hasn’t passed through the testing area yet? It’s called dye run. You either need to wait for it to finish passing through the area (within 3 minutes or test is invalid) or test again and allow more urine to soak into the strip so that all the dye passes through the test area and you get an accurate result.
