Trying birth control for the first time

So I have my first gyno appointment on august 7 (a day after my birthday yay) but i was looking into birth control and i was looking at the one implanted in your arm but i hear stories where girls have their cycles changed and experience depression and anxiety so i wanted to hear more stories about women on birth control
