MY FACE BURNS!!!

I have no clue what happened or what I put on my skin to have this reaction but I woke up and it was just dry skin I put lotion on it and it got WORSE it hurts so bad it feels like I burned my face on something, does anyone have any clue what it is or anyways to reduce the pain? Also it’s not sunburn I don’t go outside during the day.
