Baby acne ??

Does anyone have any advice on how to clear it up!! My LOs going on 3 weeks of having it terrible now and no sign of it going away !!! It looks awful and people always have something to say about it 😓

If your breastfeeding put breastmilk on it a few times a day. Clears my guy’s skin within a couple days

Mustela twice a day and washing it with a warm washcloth twice a day. I have been doing that for a week and my sons is almost gone and it was so bad!! Breastmilk only made his worse.

My pediatrician had me try a fresh cut aloe leaf! And it cleared it up!!

I just had to wait it out. I tried to treat it with breast milk but that didn’t work. I would wash his face with warm water and only sometimes aveeno wash then lotion it up with aveeno baby lotion. It’s cleared up at 6 weeks. If it’s baby acne caused by leftover hormones I think you just have to let it run its course.

I just bought some Aveeno eczema cream yesterday at the store because my LO has it really bad on his cheeks and chin and his forehead is so dry it was peeling. It seems to be helping!

Warm water (mixed with some breastmilk if possible) 2x a day helped my girl a lot plus I got Aveeno baby face wipes to clean her face
