8 days late

So we are trying for baby number 2. With My first one I had issues with ovulation and ended up using Clomid for 2 months before getting pregnant. So now I had my IUD removed and after my first period, I just went right to taking 50 mg Clomid starting on day 5 for 5 days. Then right on que, I had “high” fertility days but never saw “peak” according to my clear blue ovulation tests. In fact I had 10 high fertility days before I stopped testing. Now I am 8 days late according to Glow and have taken several different pregnancy tests and they are all very clearly negative. I’m not really sure what this means. My primary care MD doesn’t really know much about fertility but gave me the Clomid rx given I had needed it before. Has anyone here run into this before and know what this means?
