I have an issue

I’m at the bfs didn’t bring any pads cause I was smart 😑 my periods supposed to start tomorrow with my luck it will start in my sleep no I did grab a tampon from his sister however I don’t know what to do wether I put it in before bed, or not like I know you aren’t supposed to have tampons in for a long period of time and whatever so what do I do here
