What times to do opk?

If I’m testing twice a day when should I test? Like once at 1 and again at 6? So confused. What times do U test?

Anytime before u eat or drink

Depends on your daily schedule, just don’t use FMU. I’d spread out those hours a little more.

I don’t use first morning urine and take my first test around 10am if it’s super light I’ll drop it and try again the next day, when I start getting closer to a positive test I’ll take an opk at 10am and then again at 5pm (I get off work at 5) if it’s suuuuuper close I’ll take one at 10am 2pm and 5 pm. You can really take it whenever you like during the day just make sure you’re not using first morning urine or drinking too much water.
