How to relieve back pains? PLEASE HELP
I’m in so much pain and I don’t want to take ibuprofen or anything but seriously considering it
I’m currently in my third trimester and my back pain is so severe now. Days it’s fine but today been a constant pain. Is there anyway to help relieve it naturally or pain relief medication that’s safe?
My doctor m/OBGYN are closed on weekends so I can’t call to ask
