20 weeks and pain so bad😭

Anyone else have painful legs at night?? My feet throb and hurt throughout the day but at night I get shooting tingling very painful sensations up and down my entire legs to the point where I wake up crying😭 any tips/tricks to help? I sleep with my legs elevated and pillows in between them to try and help at least let me fall asleep.
