Period late but not pregnant

My last period was In June I have not gotten my period this month I know I’m not pregnant I do suffer from PCOS and I have been having clear discharge like CRAZY more than usual. Need tips or advice ? I’ve always had irregular periods but I’m concerned I don’t really know the solution or where to start ? Pls help
