I doubt it. Not only are your tubes tied, but you are 45 years old, which makes it even harder to get pregnant.

Tube tying can ve reversed but your baby would unfortuantely be at a extremely high risk of not developing properly. You could see what a doctor would recomend though

My mom had her tubes tied and got pregnant 5 months later. It can happen but age may play a factor... I'm sure there are babies in foster care that could use a good home!

At 45, make sure you know all the risks not only of likelihood of miscarriage but also of chances of down syndrome and other possible outcomes of a late pregnancy. Not to mention your chances of having a difficult/dangerous pregnancy and delivery.
It’s not impossible, but it could be a recipe for a lot of heartache so research, talk to doctors and then decide if it’s right for you guys.
Adoption is always an option too.
