I got my iud a couple days ago and I had some cramping the day I got it but not bad cramping. I woke up today to this contraction like pain in my uterus. I can barely breath. It’s the worst pain I have ever felt. Also last night was my first time masterbating since I got the iud. Is there a chance I move it and it’s now all the way up in my uterus just floating around? I was supposed to get my period two days ago and haven’t gotten it. Could it just be a super bad period cramp? Please help!
