Negative OPK?

So I think I got too excited over nothing. I came off fertility medication in May. Ovulated on my own in June on CD14. Now it’s July and I am CD13 and negative opk, negative yesterday as well. I have PCOS and I thought the Myo-inositol I am taking was helping. Looks like it could turn into a long cycle and I feel deflated. The huge temp dip is probably effected by my kidney stone I had last Saturday...
