Breakfast birthday party?

I’m planing a breakfast birthday party for my 3 year old with a toy story theme. I will get a bounce house. 
* Do you think 10 am is a good time? 
Also, I would love ideas for food, games, etc.

Me personally would do 11 but 10 is okay, mini pancakes, mini muffins,  and Bagels, some fruit,  orange juice, can make a big batch of scrambled eggs,

I love it! I had a morning wedding a  brunch reception. Don't forget yogurt, maybe a waffel station, could do little maple syrups as party favors.
