Sick while on period?

Soo I started a day early ugh 😠 I feel sick to where if I lay down and I just feel so uncomfortable laying down or sitting. My nose is stuffed out of no where too ): does anyone ever get sick too during their periods? Or has anyone ever felt so uncomfortable by the flow that nothing is working?
