Not sure what’s going on
I have had lower back pain for 2 days now it has made its way to my left lower side in the front and now the right side , I’ve drank tons of water I took a warm bath and this
Pain is still happening I’m not sure what it is and don’t wanna go in if it’s something I can change at home , it hurts to lay on either side and my back not sure what to do?
