Blood Clots
Currently almost 7 weeks PP. Earlier this week I’ve noticed in my pee I see blood clots the size of peanut m and ms but I wasn’t bleeding or spotting now I’m still seeing the blood clots but I am bleeding but not a lot enough for a pantiliner should I be concerned ?
