Last nap of the day and bedtimes??

What is the last time your lo nap before bedtime? And what time bedtime for you. My so is 10weeks and currently bedtime is 9/10 but he usually “naps” around 730 or 8. I’m wondering if i should change bedtime. 🤷🏾‍♀️ just wanna see what everyone else’s schedules are like.

We aim to end the last nap between 5-6pm and then we can score bedtime around 8pm (husband and myself asleep by 10pm)
She's EBF so I do get up around 3am for the middle of the night feed, sleep again until 6-7am

Bedtime is between 8-10 depending on the day. Last nap is around 5 for about an hour or so.

I give my little guy naps whenever he wants them (I can tell when he is getting tired). Sometimes that means he is napping at 7 but not every day. More importantly, we feed him at 8pm then put him to bed (ends up being about 830). He will sleep until about 430 am or 5am (this schedule was designed to fit our lifestyle). He goes back to sleep after that bottle for another 2 to 3 hrs. We are happy to have him get good night sleep that we dont worry too much about naps.

My daughter “naps” from about 7:30 on, she wakes up about 9:30 to eat and that’s when we do bath and pjs, but she goes immediately right back to sleep. Our issue is she’s never asleep enough to lay down in bed until close to 11 or 11:30 when she dream feeds. We lay her down and constantly have to pick her back up because she’s woken herself back up. Tonight I got her in bed, I thought for good, at 8:45 and she woke up about 20 minutes later. Since then I have been rocking her and laying her back down consistently and she’s just waking right back up

Last nap of the day for LO is around 4:30pm. Bedtime is between 7:00 - 7:30pm. I usually head to bed by 10:00pm..this is when I do dream feeding as well. Our LO is 11 weeks old.
