I’m 12dpo and 3 days until af. I’m always perfectly right on time. I never cramp or anything until after I start. I almost always start in the morning and it’s a medium flow from the beginning. No spotting. Since after ovulation I’ve had huge sore breasts with darkening areolas with white spots on them. I’ve had some cramping and headaches. I’ve been bloated, hungry, nauseous... and moody. Very up and down. I’ve taken a couple upt’s with vvvvvvfl on one. Yesterday evening I wiped and there was a hint of brown blood then nothing after. About mid day today I had the same thing with a little spot in my underwear. Nothing heavy and almost completely brown. This is accompanied with a cramp like feeling but it’s more of just pressure in that area not really period cramps. Nothing I’ve ever experienced before. My fiancé is convinced I’m pregnant just based off of how I’ve been acting and feeling. I’m just scared. Any advice?
