Tips please! 😩😟
Im 39 weeks and i havent had any BH or lost my mucus plug.
My cervix is still closed and 50% effaced but baby boy is head down.
My first baby, im nervous and my husband is over stressing too.
Trying to be calm and relax so he comes but DR says i might have to enduce, but talk about to next appointment. My due date is July 29 and my next appointment is the 30th .
Anyone else this far and bodies not doing anything? Any tips on getting the ball rolling??
