Normal hormone levels but not getting pregnant

I had my hormone levels tested (fsh, tsh, prolactin, and progesterone), but still not conceiving. According to my bbt charts, I am ovulating. Any thoughts as to what’s going on? I haven’t had a chance to discuss this with my doctor yet.
