IUD or implant. They're the most effective and easiest to use. I'm not a fan of the pill or the shot.

IUD for sure, the insertion was horrid but I think it’s great and a breeze.

I love my IUD. I am so scatterbrained and all over the place I would never remember to take a pill every day, much less at the same time. If I used the pill I would be pregnant in no time and angry as hell to boot lol. So, I have my IUD and it's great. Insertion was horrible but not having to worry about missing a pill is such a relief

I work at an OBGYN office and I’ve seen 12 patients just in the past week and a half come in pregnant when on pills. I definitely don’t trust them after working in the field lol.

The shot sucks 🙅‍♀️ I've never used the pill because I just won't remember when to take it at the same time everyday. I had the implant and I loooved It!

I would strongly advise against the shot if you ever want to have kids in the future 🙁 it took me two years after getting off the shot to conceive my first kid.

The pill! If you can remember to take it the same time everyday and don’t take any supplements that would affect it, then you will be fine.
