Really annoyed

I'll be 16 weeks pregnant ok Wednesday my husband made me and 4/6 of the kids go to the river all day long. Got home told me I could take a quick shower before I can start dinner. I got dehydrated while there so don't feel good but made dinner anyway made everyone's plates took my insulin for GD and when I asked an hour ago to nap for a little bit he says no I'm gonna go to sleep. Like are you freaking kidding me? I'm pissed I've been working nonstop on the house and I'm beyond exhausted I just need some sleep. If I complain I'll just end up getting chewed out and that ain't worth it.
