When did you start doing bedtime routines? My son is about 5 weeks and we have a regular nighttime feeding schedule (around 11pm and 4am he gets a bottle). When do y’all start to do a bedtime routine? He has started to cry when he’s tired, but I don’t want him to fall asleep on my boob. When did you start bedtime routines and what do you do? We use a swaddle and I try to make it obvious it’s night time by keeping lights on with his day time naps and I turn the light off when I put him down.
