Sciatica pain relief
Has anyone had this? With my first one I did and never could find relief and with this pregnancy it’s way more intense and I’ve tried Tylenol physical therapy chiropractic care massage hot baths cold and hot compress I need help!!! Anything out there anyone has tried that actually works? Please help me 😩 I’m in pain 24/7
