12w 2days. Scan tomorrow.
Got my scan tomorrow. This is my second pregnancy. I feel so nervous about it as I don't feel like it's really clicked that I'm pregnant. I have morning sickness like crazy but I just don't feel pregnant. I'm always worried that somethings wrong. I wasn't like this with my first . Anyone else feel this way?
