Late for my period...

On the 22nd of June I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend (he pulled out) then I ended up going to the hospital on the 24th of June for other reasons. I ended testing negative for a pregnancy test and positive for chlymedia, I did get medication for it. I was supposed to get my period the 5th of this month but I’m 17 days late. Could the medication for chylmedia be causing me to be late or should I get a pregnancy test.?
