Having to supplement. My nipples are taking a beating and I need suggestions! I lubricate my nipples with olive oil before each pump- I wear a nursing pad when I’m not pumping to keep my nipples from rubbing my bra. And I put nipple cream on after each pump session. My nipples are cracking... very tender... and hurt all the time with anything touching them. Any suggestions of what else to do? They are so uncomfortable I almost want to give up and just use formula. What makes it more frustrating is that I’m still not making enough and Ive tried everything I can find to help( hydrating, power pumping, certain foods, heat, massage breast, more frequent pumping, pumping even after the milk flow stops)

I need help!! I don’t want to give up but I’m so discouraged! Any suggestions on increasing supply and soothing nipples???
