8 weeks pp sex - TMI

So I'm 8 weeks pp and tried to finally have sex with my husband since I've been cleared by my OB and omg.. Couldn't even do it because it felt like I was losing my virginity again 😩😭 I had an episiotomy that my OB said was healing nicely and she did tell me it would be "a little raw" down there but damn... Could barely even get the tip in before I had to tap out. Anyone else have an episiotomy and have this experience? Or even just having trouble this many weeks pp? I'm so sad.. We haven't had sex since March because I had too much pelvic pain from pregnancy at that point.
