Did I finally get a positive OPK after 8 months?!!

Hi ladies,

So I went off BC in January and have been TTC. I hadn’t gotten a period or a positive opk and started seeing a fertility specialist. All of my levels were normal, it just looked like I needed help getting a period and ovulating. I took progestin for 5 days and got a period July 7-11. I had a HSG done on the 12th to check my tubes and flush everything out. My apps told me that if my body was working as it should, I should be ovulating tomorrow. I started testing with OPKs again this week, not thinking anything would happen (since I haven’t taken anything yet from my doctor to help me ovulate). Tested this morning and my app said peak! I’ve NEVER had it say that before so I was wondering if the number .71 makes a difference. I’ve seen women have a peak and the number be much higher than mine. I have crazy cramping in my left ovary though! Could this finally be my body waking up after 8 months?!! Help!
