Pregnant postpartum?

Is anyone pregnant soon after having their baby? How early did you get pregnant and how did you know go test? I’m not sure if I’m just sick or if I’m pregnant. I’m starting to feel the way I did when I found out I was pregnant with my son. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Also, I have a check up at my OB for postpartum for my c section Wednesday, do they check your pee to see if you’re pregnant or what?
