pregnancy acne

so i’ve never had nice skin— not even “decent” skin. but this pregnancy has my hormones all over the place.

i always have little bumps everywhere (folliculitis) but now, i have HUGE whiteheads everywhere, esp my chin & jaw. it’s really waning on my self-confidence.

ever since i had my daughter in 2016, my appearance has really gone downhill. my teeth are wearing away to nothing, my skin is awful.

don’t get me wrong, i’m so thankful for my daughter and for this current pregnancy— and i don’t wanna sound vain, but this really sucks ladies. 😪

i don’t even know why i’m posting this right now. i guess bc my daughter has a dentist appt and NO part of me wants to go in public. i’m this close 👌🏽 to cancelling. but that would be selfish of me.

i’m not even looking for encouragement, just looking to vent and see if any other mamas are dealing with super low self-esteem. 💔
