Is this normal?

I just got a BFP today and I have some lower back pain. Not bad but it is noticeable. I just had a miscarriage in May so I am freaking out. I have no blood but I’m terrified every time I wipe. I’m only 11DPO.

I had very uncomfortable back pain when I first found out I was pregnant around 4 weeks and a bit! It comes and goes but is mostly gone now at 7 weeks 3 days

I had excruciating back pain early on, even worse than I have now at 19 weeks. 😣
