Any ideas?

Did anybody ever experience this and then go on to be pregnant? I had a period July 2-7. I noticed this today when I wiped. Did the do with my husband on the 14th and then started spotting on the 19th (beginning of fertile window) up until today. This resembles the start of a period 😞. I have sore, tingly breast too. Could this be implantation or ovulation bleeding?
