I really need help

My situation is waaayyy too long to type out. I’m reaching out for help. I need verses to help a struggling wife and mother to be (3 months until baby is here) I have completely lost my self and who I am. I have blown up at every single little thing. I can’t even explain how I feel. I just need some extra prayers and some verses that will help. (Christian faith).
