More erect all the time but it doesn’t look weird or feel weird, just a tad more sensitive when touched but I don’t mind 😈

For the first 4-ish months after getting them pierced they were erect practically all the time. But once they healed they were erect only when stimulated (touch, cold, etc).

Mine are flat and when I get them pierced after the first week or two they went back to being flat. They did become erect easier though.
