So my husband and I are super excited to start TTC. I spent a good few weeks slowly tapering off antidepressants (for anxiety- which had nasty side effects 🤢) and I came off the pill (progesterone only) 2 weeks ago. I know it can take ages for periods/cycles to come back but I’m so impatient! We have started having BD but obviously I have no idea when my cycle is (the pill stopped my periods 3/4 years ago) or where I am in it. Have had acne/cramps/cm and lots of PMS but no blood. Any light on this?
