Sleep through the night?
Any tips/tricks/advice on how to get my 10 week old to sleep better through the night?
We’ve had great nights where he goes 5.5 hours, 3 hours, 2 hours, but recently he’s only been going 2 hour increments. We moved him to the crib 2 weeks ago and it started out great, but now he startles himself awake and I feel like I only get 1 hour of sleep between feedings. He’s also been nursing for 10 minutes at a time rather than the 15-20 he used to in the past. Not sure if he’s just being a more efficient eater or if he’s cutting himself short and that’s why he seems to always want to nurse at night.
Is this a growth spurt? Development leap? Or does he just need to figure out his limbs over time and get used to the startling? It’s getting exhausting.
