What can I take after sex to prevent infection?

Since I've been on birth control my boyfriend and I don't use condoms. Lately I've been coming down with alot of infections due to all the mix of fluids and such I assume. I go to the doctor and get these solved each time. I already take probiotics but I could also take suggestions of different brands and alternatives to keep things in control naturally? Thank you

Frequent infection after sex isn’t normal. You should see a doctor. Peeing should prevent infection just fine
