Endometriosis but still pregnant?

Question

Anyone on here diagnosed with endometriosis but was still able to get pregnant? How long did it take you, and did you need a procedure before you were able to get pregnant?  1.5 years of trying,  3.5 years off BC and still no baby. Doctors apt. Coming up to see if its endometriosis. I'm just so defeated 😔

To put things into context just months before my positive test I had been to various specialists and doctors as my pain was getting worse my scans were also showing that my Endometriosis was progressing. 
However, I still got pregnant naturally. My partner and I stared eating a plant based vegan diet in 2018 and I started regularly using herbal teas like raspberry leaf and camomile to manage my pain. Ironically I also drank other teas like Damiana and burdock root of which you are not supposed to take if you are trying to convince. Raspberry leaf was my go to tea.. I had to stop when I tested positive ☹️. 
As my condition worsened I also did some research on naturally treating Endometriosis and found articles in supplements you can take to help with endometriosis and started taking them daily. I took turmeric tea and supplements because of its anti inflammatory properties to name a few more;
BURDOCK + DANDELION ROOT
MILK THISTLE
ZINC
Flax seeds
VITAMIN K
VITAMIN C 
VITAMIN B12
VITAMIN B6
EVENING PRIMROSE OIL
I read various articles on how to help my body take in these supplements optimally with food and based my diet around that. In hindsight this may have contributed towards my successful pregnancy so far. I had to stop taking all the supplements as advised by the doctor. However, I am now iron deficient.

I was diagnosed and treated early 2016, continued birth control until symptoms worsened in 2017. 
Sept 2018 we stopped using condoms on and off by November bleeding was still irregular and I got a positive test then shortly after a lot of bleeding A&E tested negative telling me it may have been a chemical pregnancy. 
Fast forward to April 2019 I got a positive test now I’m 22wks +3 days. Don’t give up or feel defeated after the false positive/chemical pregnancy I stopped thinking too much into trying for a baby I just let things play out. I even doubted I was pregnant before testing in April and didn’t bother to take the test until my sister started badgering me for weeks. I thought I was having an endo flare up my back and hip pain was getting progressively worse I couldn’t sleep and I felt nauseous all the time so I put it down to my painkillers and it turned out my flare up symptoms are also pregnancy symptoms.

Answer

Before you get surgery done please ask for and exam to check your ovarian reserve. Endometriosis surgery reduce the ovarian reserve so if you have a low one after the surgery it’ll get even lower.
