Chickened Out

I am so mad at myself right now. I've been wanting a vch piercing for YEARS and today I decided was going to be the day and it almost was. I was inside the tattoo shop and instead of asking to get it done i just asked if they did they and how much and then said I'd think about it and then I walked out!! I wanted it so bad but my nerves got the better of me! How do I make sure that doesnt happen again?? And please share stories of you getting your vch done so I know what to expect!!
