Symptoms don’t match up with OPK’s!?

Ladies!! I have taken 2 opk’s this evening, one veryyyyy negative at 6pm, another a tad darker around 8pm. I am having the tiniest bit of EWCM and having my usual ovulation pain that I normally get closer to/day before ovulation. I have all the physical symptoms, but obviously I go off of opk’s, right?

Starting tomorrow I will be testing 2x per day (like I usually do in my fertile window) but I’m on cd14 and don’t usually ovulate until 16/17/18 sometimes.

So bottom line is.. go by OPKs & not symptoms??? .....right? 😫😫
