Hi I’m 43 almost 44 and had a miscarriage in April

I’m 5 weeks and 3 days and this pregnancy has been great some nausea and tired but good

But I had some tightness and so they did an ultrasound this morning

Everything looked good but no heartbeat and I got nervous

The doctor said not too that at 5 weeks it’s usually early for the heartbeat

Also looked up online and said the same thing

I’ll go back 7-14 days for another ultrasound

But I just want to know what other people think I’m nervous

No bleeding
