TMI: TTC WHATS YOUR THOUGHTS??? Comment and GIVE ME ADVICE LADIES :))

So I Finally Had sex . Early this morning I’ve on the move about conceiving . I’ve been drinking lots of water . Anywho we had sex and I let him ejaculate in me . I went to pee and stuff and I think semen? Came out or Idn but it was clear like water. Could this be his semen or my Cm . My doc has told me I’m fertile but I smoke . Not cigarettes but a nicotine product. However I don’t smoke a lot . I do smoke every day but not a lot in a day . My body is healthy as well & im 19 . I also have a 1/2 year old . Do you Guise think I could get pregnant this time around ? I’ve been having sex a lot since last week . Atleast once a day . I’m hoping for the best to give my son a baby brother or sister ! ☺️😭😫
